Whats this off of?

Have had this laying around for years now, I am thinking it came off an early dart GT but not sure. Part numbers on back are:
2821 989 and 23699

I've got both 65 & 66 Dart Gts and don't see that anywhere on them. Reminds me of a B-body hood ornament...maybe 64-5 Polara

I does look like some sort of interior trim emblem like down the middle of the back seat or on the side of the front seat

Definately not as that is "The" Dart Symbol. The Satellites had a red/white/blue emblem and only in 66 in the drop down section of the rear seat. Nothing on the 67's for the Satellites or Belvederes only the 67 GTX carried a rear seat emblem in that B-Body lineup.

That is from a 1967 Dart GTS and sometimes found on 67 GT's with deluxe interior. That is a rear seat emblem which there were 2 of in the centers of both sides of the rear seatback. The 64-66's had the Dart symbol stitched into the seat covers themselves and was surrounded by a circle embroidery. The 68's then changed to a horizontal emblem.

Thanks for this info!!!!! I guess I need to go find out where the car is I got it out of years ago and see if its a GTS...I think I remember where it was.

My first thought was an insert for a gas pedal or something similar.
