Bad call or not, it's still up to the pitcher to make good pitches. Seems to me the error hurt more than the call.

I feel your pain. The umps need to make the right call, especially in the postseason, but the players still need to overcome the bad calls.

The Giants didn't get scewed,he called it fair when it was foul and they got Halliday out anyway. Either way it was a messed up play.

rjsrea is correct. The ump can't see the plate thru the catcher.
