So I tried the slightly larger wheel studs with loctite. They seem like they might hold as it took quite a bit to pull them in. I will leave the lockwashers and nuts on them overnight to keep psi on them. Cross your fingers....note to self never use impact on them again!!
BTW, I called National Moparts, and they dont have the oversized splined studs. Scott mentioned to try what I was doing and if it didnt work, get another axle. Once again thanks for the help guys.
