Anybody know what that yellow stuff is on the wheel well trim screws and if it's available? I know I can just get new ones but I want to keep all the original parts on this car that I can.

Yellow stuff is like wax to seal the hole when u screw them in. U can find them on ebay.
Bees wax. It stays soft and seals the thread holes. Paraffin (most candle wax) gets hard and brittle. tmm

if your drilling new holes, or not, apply a daub paint in each hole before the screw. It will serve the same purpose.
The factory ones were drilled out after paint and that sealer helped prevent rust forming from the now drilled unprotected metal.
