wheels for 1974 scamp

I own a 1974 scamp. I have found a set of after market wheel I like and they are a 5x4.5 lug pattern, but summits chart says they want fit my car. the last time I checked it was a 5x4.5 lug. can someone give me your imput.

If your car has front discs, and or a V-8 it has the 4.5 bolt pattern. Slant and Drum, it's still 4.0.

Thanks for help. My scamp has 318 and disc on front. I was looking at a set of 14x6 and 5x4.5 with 3.75 bs and chart says they want fit!
