Big car show at an awesome location...

Wheels & Windmills in Solvang, CA on August 26th, 2017

Last years there were about 300 cars at the show of pretty much all makes.

Other than checking out the cars, there's also a multitude of Danish Bakery, Wine Tasting, and if you go just a bit farther north, there's the Firestone Walker Brewery.

This would make for an awesome cruise from the L.A. area if anyone is interested.

Just thought I would throw this in because of Solvang's uniqueness and beauty.
Truly a town everyone should see at one time or another.

[Unconventional]

AJ Spurs, Far Western, Mother Hubbards, Ellen's those are in the neighboring village of Buellton. Pancake house in Solvang and Big Bopper, those are right across the street from the park. All good eats. Chumash Casino east on 246 just a bit. Surf/Shark Beach is west on 246 past Lompoc. It's an odd year and it's not October so Surf Beach should be safe.

[Unconventional]

It is deer season in Zone A. So, if you should wind up in the National Forest that pretty much covers the ground east of Santa Ynez Valley. Keep your heads down!

Been to Solvang several times. Great little town for a car show. The windmill remind me of the windmills in Holland Michigan. Wish the show were in September as I'll be back there then.
