Anyone know if 14” ford wheels with a 5x4.5 inch bolt pattern will fit a dodge with the same pattern?

if the backspacing is correct
and the wheel clears the brakes
and the center register is the same size or larger ,
then yes

Still has drum brakes. I guess I don’t know about the register hole. I figured the 4.5 inch bolt spacing would. Only temporary anyway. Thanks

both of those will be very easy to measure
if your looking at steel wheels it should clear the drums no problem
the register, i dont know

If I remember correctly a ford wheel fit on a mopar but not the opposite because of the center hole is smaller on mopars.

Full size fords have a big hub. Rangers and **** have smaller ones like ours. Had a 77 LTD 460 that I would smoke tires off in a week. Tried to put the wheels from Jeep Comanche that my old man had on Ranger, no go
