Last night I was paging through an old car craft and they had the list of everything you need to have done to you car to run at the dragstrip broken out by times. Under what you have to have done to your car under the 10.00 seconds to 11.99 second range, it says that aftermarket axles are required. Now I also have a 2006 NHRA book, and I can't find anything in the general information saying that I need to get axles, just about the axle retention plates in a class I am not going to ever run in. If the car ever reaches low 11's I will be very happy and if it ever goes high tens that will amaze me. So i think all I will need is to be good from 11.00's. Do I need aftermarket axles? What other items will I need? Thanks for your help!

After market axels are a good Idea. Torque could twists or snap stock ones. Larger wheel studs also, Drive shaft loop, double throttle return spring set up, and I believe a cage, and seat harness under 11.49 if I remember correctly.
What did I forget guys?
