Where can I find this pedal assembly part?

One is okay the other fell out in pieces. Laysons said they didn’t have them. Not sure of official part name and would think it was used on multiple years and modes.

This plastic bearing goes on both ends of the hollow shaft that the pedal pivots on when attached to the interior firewall part.
