I have a 70 Duster with a standard interior and my AC vents are kind of cruddy. Where can I buy a COMPLETE underdash vent system?
Where can I find under the dash vents?

If no one makes them, then does anyone have pictures of how they need to be assembled? Because I have no idea how it is supposed to fit together. Any help would be appreciated.

i dont know if they repop em, but i have a spare underdash vent in my shed. i dont know if they are from a 70 dart but they seem to look the same...need to be cleaned up though. if your interested in em i can get pics sometime this weekend and send em to ya
The earlier vent assembly was lots of chrome plated pot metal. Cruddy is common.
If you can buy a later model vent assembly it'll be mostly black plastic.
Then the duct of it isn't the same and wont fit the opening of your case. So...
Buy the later model anyway. Take it apart and use those vents on your duct. Yes that much of them is interchangable. To cover the black plastic with a chrome look paint wont work though. The black plastic has a vynil like surface.
You could to spend a small fortune on having the potmetal vents rechromed.
I choose to do the best I can with what Ma Mopar gave me to work with.

Well I have my duster vents. I just don't know if I'm missing any parts. Probably I am!
