Where can I get Replacement Spring Retainers??

Hello. I am working on cleaning up and refurbishing my rear leaf springs. I got new bushings and spring pads ordered. I cannot find the gizmos that wrap around the spring stacks to keep the leaves from rotating. I could not get the screws/nuts off without having to cut them. See pictures...

Anyone know where I can get these?? Thanks.
