Where do these parts go?

Please help. I am putting the car back together and can't figure these 2 parts out. I have flipped through the service guide and parts manual but just can't seem to figure these out.

64 ply valiant sig 200 vert 225ci 1bbl carter no a/c.

Some kind of scale would help, but ...

The one on the left looks like the part inside the PCV cap, if I recall correctly.

Don't know the piece on the right.

The one on the right seems a bit thick to be for the trans lines

The one on the right is definitely a seat back catch. It prevents the seatback from flopping forward when you stop (suddenly) on 2-door cars. Fits under the hinge pin on the seat bottom. Believe there's only one used per seat.
