Where does it go

I need to get with my paint guy and see if he remembers; but I have a part I don’t know where it goes. Thought I would throw it out here and see if anyone knows. I had my paint guy paint all the internal metal parts the same as the outside. He removed all the internal trim, painted them, and left them for me to reinstall. I have no idea where this goes.

It doesn't look familiar to me but what year and vehicle does it go on

Thanks Firstblood. I order new ones as I only have the one. You know I saw some holes in rear quarter panels and wondered what they were for. Awesome!

I've never had them off, but it looked like what's on my 65 Dart Gt.

Bought it a year ago, long list of things done.
Just completed carpet and door seals.
Not many picture yet, I'll get some this year.

I rebuilt the engine and tranny and installed in the car. I have had it running; few issues to sort out. Reinstalled outside trim and lights; working on interior. Dash jazzed up and installed; couple gages not working. Did all new front suspension and steering too.
