Where does this go?

I thought it was for attaching fuel line from pump to carb but may be on rear of bell housing for reverse light wires.

What do you guys think?

I have seen those on the lower stud of the master cylinder on manual brake cars before..............

I've seen this on the back of alternators to hold the wire harness to the alternator

It is for the flux capacitor wiring harness.

I think that I have seen it a few times on one of the upper bolts that hold the tailshaft to the main transmission case, both automatic and four speed, to hold the back up light wiring.
