Where does this shield go under my Dart Sport?

['74 Sport]

While digging through the last few remaining parts in the storage crate, I found a triangle-shaped pressed metal shield with an attached fiber gasket. I know it goes somewhere under the front frame rail, but even using the four bolt holes for landmarks, I can't seem to figure out where this shield goes.

Anyone have an idea?

Yes, at least that's where I thought I remembered it came from, three years ago when we took the car apart. I guess I just didn't have it oriented properly, I'll try again.
