Where to get AMD panels?

I discovered last night that I have rot that had been hidden behind a well disguised layer of filler. I now need to start thinking about where I can find some rear quarter panel skins, just in case I need to do more than some small patches. I have seen good reviews here of the AMD pieces as well as other vendors that distribute their parts, however, looking at MAD's web site it looks like they only make full panels. Is this correct? Didn't pay much attention then cuz I didn't think that I was going to need them. Any suggestions from your experience for places that have provided good support and dependable service???? Rough ideas of what shipping costs? I live in Minnesota so I am going to have to fund the ride at least half way across the continent from just about anywhere that has these panels.
