I need to have some (good) 73 Duster bumpers rechromed. A local shop wants about double what I expected it would cost. Does anyone have any recommendations for me? I am in Georgia.

Why settle for pretty good? Pack 'em off to Tri-city.

Nothing against TMM here, but I have had excellent results from TC.

I agree on TriCity and I have heard horror stories about BumpBoyz

I just bought new ones from Year One. After their discount it was cheaper than re-chroming and they look perfect. They're also in your home state.

I haven't done business with either one but I have seen their work at the Nats. One thing good about buying at a car show is that you can see what your buying. Now if the chrome peels, rusts, or discolors after you own it is another matter. Of the two places, I would use Tri-city. tmm

Thanks for the input. So far, I haven't found anybody with 73 bumpers. Year One only sells Duster bumpers for 70-72 models. I was considering using Nu-Chrome but I can't find anyone who says anything positive about them.
