I'm running a Carter AFB on my 360 and just have the bowl vent open to the air. I've heard that running a hose from the bowl vent to the PCV breather can save a little gas mileage by capturing the wasted fumes when the vent valve is open. I don't have a breather with hose fittings though, can I hook mine up to my air cleaner or...?

Running the bowl vent to the pcv breather would worry me a little. With the engine off the gas will still evaporate and the fumes would go into the valve cover maybe. Maybe I am wrong about this.

the pcv is to pull crankcase pressure and needs to be routed to the vacuum port of the carburetor

Alright guess I'll just leave it be... I'm getting pretty decent gas mileage as it is (16+ mpg avg. with mixed driving) anyway. Thanks for clarifying that guys.
