Which Carbs for stroked 383 tunnelram

I have a new tunnelram
What size carbs should I be putting on my 383 - 496 tunnelram
Some say they should be 2 x 850 cfm
What do you think?

Alot depends on the HP output of the engine and it's intended purpose. You could run a pair of 500 AFB's for a street car.
