'69 Barracuda with '73-'76 small disc slider calipers, rear-mounted. Hard lines are in the original drum locations, and I'm getting some hose-to-tire rubbing during turns. I think the hoses are 73-76 A-body, but I seem to remember something about using Aspen/Volare hoses in this application?

Check the length. I was thinking the A body hoses are too short when rear mounted. I had to fiddle with mine to get them to "lay" right but I'm using Volare ones, and rear mount calipers

The correct routing was to same frame chip so hose routed diagonally behind spindle. F-body hoses work. Another hose could work. What you have now is Dangerous brand. LOL

I was able to re-clock the hose at the body end to move the loop away from the tire. Still have full freedom of steering movement.
