The basket case Demon I'm working on was a 6. The owner bought a 360 for it and I think it's from a truck. Here's a pic of the pan. I've been told this won't fit. SO, my question is.....what pans will fit the 360 AND the '72 Demon 6 cylinder k member ?

He doesn't want expensive aftermarket pans. We're trying to find a stock pan to use.
Thanks !

u need a 360 center sump pan, which in that picture looks like the one...... i'd have to look at mine when i get home to verify, but i'm pretty sure that's the one.....anyone else chime in on this??

You have the correct pan. Only question "might" be the center steering link clearance. I've never had to mess with it, but there has been some debate about replacing a straight slant 6 center link with a "dropped" V-8 version to keep it from rubbing on the V-8 pan.

Not an issue on a '67 up A body, the center links were the same whether slant or V8. That oil pan should work.

Thanks guys. By rough measuring it looked like it should work but I wasn't sure.
I can take that off the the "need" list...\\:D/
