I am trying to figure out which front tire to put on my 67 Dart. I need some guidance. The 245/60/15 is going on the rear. Should I go 215/60/15 or 215/65/15 on the front or will the 215 be too tall and scrub. The front wheels are 15 x 6 with 3 1/2" backspace.

For looks, IMHO I prefer the redline coker tire.....I rarely see them around here, even at car shows etc. Look pretty nifty/spiffy/tight/sweet/cool.

As for rubbing,,,,I wouldnt think there would be any, but if there were I think there would be an equal amount of rubbing between the 2 tires,,,,section width is the same,,,,,and the overall diameter is 0.4" difference on the radius......pretty close.

You may get away w/ a 215...but I've run a 205 on both my Dart and the Scamp...205 is about 25.5" tall...combined w/ a 245/60 on the back which is 26.6" tall it's a good combo...

205/7014 on the Dart w/ 255/60/15 rears and 205/65/15 on the Scamp w/ 235/60/15 MT Drag Radials on the rear. Scamp fronts are 15x6...but are a little further in the wheel well due to more backspace.
