Who is serious about BBQ?

:home: Made my chicken roll ups again yesterday...wife and I had the whole weekend alone with both daughters gone...this time I made three of them...I did remove the skin from the sausage but did not quarter it...I also chopped up some sweat onions and added them in there....:love4:

My bosses son makes smoked BBQ for small events, doctor lunches etc... Its chopped up BBQ with no bones.
I had some of his smoke BBQ the other day and it was the best I have ever had. When he cooks for lunches he is up all night cooking. He makes is own sauce as well and will not tell anyone what is in it. He and another fellow who cooks BBQ said that they need to get together and compare "notes". The guy he was talking to makes his own sauce. He said he gave some to his friend and found out later his friends wife DRINKS the sauce. LOL Now that must be some good sauce.
