I was just over at FCBO and talking about fuel senders. I know there have been discussions here about getting the original senders rebuilt. What companies are on your list? I did see this one. John Wolf & Co. Inc.| Antique Car Gauge Repair in Willoughby, OH.
EDIT: John Wolf has retired but please keep reading. More info is in this thread

I can make this a sticky so it will be easy to find when you need it.

I used John Wolf for 2 of my fuel senders and was very satisfied with the results, recently i was told that hes not doing them anymore so i just sent my last one to instrument specialties in RI. My sender came back in a short time and the price was good also..hope this helps..Rich

Can you pm me and let me know what you had to pay. I got a quote today from Bob’s Speedometers and it was insane imo

good morning Joe, when i get home from work today i will check the receipt and report back...Rich

John Wolf folded his tent up and retired about a year or so back. I used him multiple times to rebuild OEM units because of all the problems with the Chinese crap.

Thanks for the info. I edited my first post but it liiks like Instrument Specialties rebuilds them.

update....Just got off the phone with Instrument Specialties ....they no longer rebuild fuel sending units. They informed me that they can no longer get the parts to rebuild them.
