Every year I go to Carlise I see these guys selling bracket kits that relocate alternators and a/c compressors. I think the main purpose is so that you can mount an a/c compressor on a Sixpack or something with an air-grabber/shaker setup.
I'm in the middle of building a car and want to keep the a/c compressor on it. (small block). If the a/c compressor stays, it must be mounted down low below the alternator. I know some one out there must sell a kit to relocate this (hoses, brackets & stuff) You guys got any idea who might be able to help with the conversion.

Thanx !

I know moparsbycrane have complete kits to add a/c to a non a/c car. Maybe they can help. They seem to be very helpful with my problems in the past.

Thanks for the assistance guys. I checked with both places and they are listing a/c units for up top. If I cannot find one that sits down below I will trash the system. Kinda like the idea of having it on the car though. I have looked at the new sanden style compressor and that is the one likely to go back on the car.
Just gotta figure out how to mount it. Could always put it int the trunk with lots of pulley and belts.... :drunken:
