All diesels have the Hydroboost setup. I always thought they felt a little funky. I know GM has electric boosted brake units, but I don't think they installed any of them on trucks (I don't know for sure). GM also has electric vacuum pumps to assist the regular vacuum assisted brake booster. Info is a bit sketchy as to who has what.
