Motor, engine.... whatever. People even call it a mill even though it doesn't grind any type of grain. Pistons are sometimes called slugs but I doubt you'll get any to fit in a vending machine.

What's next? I suppose you're going to try and tell me that this is a buffalo on the buffalo nickel.
