here in ohio they johnny law don.t need anything but there training to give you a tic. just there word that you were speeding, a guess will work/ have you seen the vid. of the guy i out west. he worked a the airport and got off late night early morn and would run 8 light to get home no trafice at that time he wore monkey masks and said he was not driving the car at that time?
