Will a 235/55-15 fit the front of a 70 Dart Swinger

it would be on sbp rallye 5.5 15" rims . Or would the fenders need trimming ?
 
Can't say for sure on a Swinger, but I have a 67 Dart with 225/60/15 or something like that and they just fit. They're on a 7 inch rim though, so not 100% sure how it would translate. They get reeeaaallll close to the corner of the fender at the bottom, but one side has never touched at the other just needed a little tap on the corner with a hammer. I think the overall tire diameter is like, 24.5 inches or something, so that might be something to compare to. One thing I tried was just making a cardboard cutout of the wheel size and using it to check clearances.
 
I would say that here is a good chance that it won't, but there are too many variables to know for sure. Wheel width, backspacing, brakes used and ride height all affect fitment.
