will hedman headers in a Dart Sport clear

i got a 73 dart Sport with a 71 318 with 318 heads and hedman headers. will they clear tosion bars the steering and the oil filter??

they should. as long as they are for that application.

I have Hedman headers on a 360 in my 68 Barracuda and they clear everything just fine. I use a PH43 size oil filter that is in between a PH16 shorty and the full size PH8A size filter. There is not enough room unless you have the 90 degree adapter for the PH8A size filter. The closest thing to touching a header tube is the grease fitting for the idler arm. I use 90 degree fittings which are atually taller than a straight fitting and it comes very close but does not touch as the steering goes through travel.
