Was wondering if a ac unit box from a 1974 duster would fit in non ac 1967 barracuda? And if the 67 cuda heater box would fit in the 74 duster?

It is very likely. I made a 70 Cuda non A/C car an A/C car. You will have to add a few holes. Not sure what differences if any there will be in those years on the firewall. Just make some templates.

beyond firewall mods, the controllers are completely different 72 back and 73 up.
Mod a rally bezel to accommodate a late model climate controller ?
