Will these keep my engine cool?

I have two 10" 1200 cfm electric fans. Will these keep my engine cool enough? I live in Redding, CA. Temps over 100 degrees are common in the summer. I also have a seven blade flex fan I can put on the water pump pulley. Which would be better? The radiator is a two core aluminum and the core meausres 25"x 16". The engine is a 408 SB.

if you could find a way to make a custom fan guard to force all of the air entering the radiator to go through the fans they would work nicely I think. If not you may end up with hot spots In your radiator, maybe not, maybe someone else could give more advice on the ideas I left off with, been thinking of putting electric fans on mine, but I love the sound of the aftermarket flex fan way too much!
