Who sells window moulding trim clips with the screws (with sealer tips)?

Ebay, R/T specialties, Lots of places. Megaparts .com RT will be the most expensive. Go to ebay and type in Duster, Dart, or Demon. They should come up.

The aftermarket clips usually include the screws but those rarely have the sealer applied tips. www.mrgusa.com has them .

I see a seller has them listed. However, the ad description threw me though? Says that "this is the clips and srews, not a complete kit". I emailed the selling company and they claim that the clips are for the lower windshield trim only, not the upper trim clips??

On my car there are 36 clips (front windshield and rear window) that are all just the same?? What gives??

Does your body shop not have the card of some traveling body shop fastener/moulding salesman? One comes by my friends shop at intervals. Wayne

I guess not. I ran into the same thing when I had the Dart painted (different shop). They called and asked to locate them so I did. On the Dart I was living in Fort Worth so I drove over to Mr G's. (That is a whole other story). So with that said. I am looking elsewhere unless I absolutely have to.

Ok, how about contacting Larry Lyles at LPL Body Works in Amarillo. He has a very nice 70 Charger that he restored,Videoed all, and wrote a book about the restoration of. He is a regular contributor of Auto Restorer. Wayne

Just a quick question....I have been looking at several different vendors. Most people that advertise the 70-76 A body clips, the clips are like the ones listed here....

The clips on my car, pictured at the first of the thread, have a side recessed? Mr. G's has the same clips as my car had listed as 70-76 A body. Everyone else it is a square clip with just a small "catch" on each side? Do these clips both hold the same trim in, just one does not have the side "holders"?

Okay I finally got a chance to mess with the pics for the window clips. Here is the detail pics of the original clips off my car and the clips that are listed for "70-76 Duster/Demon/Dart Sport". I have outlined (in green) the area on the original that I was talking about in the above post. Maybe I am worried about nothing but........
