window seals...connector pins

1965 Barracuda. How do you install the soft rubber window seals in the rear qtr windows? picts would be helpful too.

Also: how do you removed the pins from the steering column connector??? I need to put the new wires from the new signal assembly into the old white connector.....so it can mate with the dash harness.

Look on line for pin extractor tools. I'm sure they can be manhandled with a pick but the right tool will save you tones of agrovation
