Front door windows are adjustable. There is 3 adjusters. One is located at the very front of the door below the front vent window frame. Remove the body plug to get at it. There is one located on the rear jamb of the door near the bottom and also one on the very underside of the door towards the back of the door. They are hidden behind body plugs unless the plugs are missing. Also a lot of times on 2dr Darts, the quarter window may be part of the misalignment problem. It can be a real pain in the *** if to get both windows to match up nice and also roll up and down right. I've been through that whole ordeal before and it can get frustrating, but with time and patience you can get there. Remember as you are making the adjustments, which adjustment does what because each adjustment will affect some other part of the window travel so go slow and try not to make gross adjustments all at once.
 
If your door hindges are worn you need to fix that first.
