Cant seen to find one of these pieces of plastic for less than $30 shipped. Are these really worth over $10?

OK any of these vendors willing to ship to Canada and if so willing to drop into a USPS envelope?

Yes but this time of year it gets difficult. I guess I was hoping I could find one shipped to me at a reasonable cost, but alas Canadian car guys always get screwed. I'll most likely buy one and have it shipped to my Michigan shipping address.
