I went to my local auto part store and was surprised to find they could get such parts. I got a switch, 3 spd, for my fan blower motor. A resister under dash,, a small gaggle of weird small parts for my cars.
Sounds like a ground problem or a bad switch. I'd power the wiper motor directly, bypassing the switch and ground the motor directly to the battery. If it still moves slow you have a bad motor
There was a burnt wire from the motor,through the firewall,to the switch.... Not sure what caused it,looks like its been burnt for a while. (its all green,oxidized,corroded) Now it dosnt work at all.
