Winter is coming, time to choose the pain(t) code...

Hi there,

not realy urgent, but it's june allready and I have to decide, what color my 73 Duster will be painted during winter.
The lemon twist paint is a nice choose, but the paintshop wasn't realy good..
So my question ist if anyone knows, how many Duster have beed delivered in A5 Silver Frost?
That would be my favorite color.

I did some research at The 1970 Hamtramck Registry Home Page but without success.

If the A5 is your favorite color, you’ve answered your question. I believe it’s your car do it the way you want and not worry. That’s my opinion.

^^^^ What he said "Dubob" it's your car that's what is the best thing about it...If you are a purist then I say what it wore when it was born...if you just Love Mopars and Duster's or your Duster than I vote A5, nobody's business but your own...A5 sounds GREAT to me

Hi,

yes, it's mine....
And it was "born" in a different Color (according to the fender tag).
The last owner painted it lemon twist (but not the way we normaly do this).
A good friend has a paintshop (I live in Germany) and we will do this once, but right.

There are several colors that would be nice, but A5 is the favorite.
The car has a historical approval and that's why I asked the question in post #1.

YES....
if you are planing to do some work to the engine, the transmission, the carb, dash.... and you have to prepair the car for the paintshop.... winter is allready near ;-)
