Wiper Arm retainers

I am looking for a source to acquire the wiper arm retainers for a 1974 dodge dart swinger. Not sure this this is in the right forum. But hopefully someone can lead me in the right direction! They are made out of a polymer type material and hold the wiper arms together under the cowl

Dealerships may still have those. The HELP line at any part store is another source, then there is always ebay.
