well i just cant get this wiper button off i pulled twisted tugged to the point of near breakage it does not have an allen screw either there must be an easier wway i do not want to break it .:banghead:

It is a typical press on. Shaft has one side that is flat. I just walked out and pulled mine straight off. I say lean it forward and see if you can dribble a little WD 40 or so in there.
thanks i think someone my have glued it on i dont think i can get it off but i will try some lub thanks again
i got the wiper button off and it was glued on it looks like the black stuff they glue windshields in with

You're lucky! I've seen those knobs epoxied on when someone lost the retainer clip.
