What would be the easiest way to replace the seals on the rubber pivots on my 76 Dart Sport?

Really not an easy way. I can remove the instrument panel and whatever else required to work through the dash easier than laying in the floor. You can reach the right pivot with glove box removed. You should replace all of the plastic linkage bushings while in there. The wiper motor is behind the climate controller. I just make a project of it. Lube speedometer cable, replace all the inst' panel bulbs, everything I can do while in there.
