wiper post seals Y/N

I am getting new trunk seal, hood/cowl seal, etc. but am wondering if 64 Dart had rubber rings as wiper post seals, that quite a few cars had. So far I have not found anything that suggests this, but just would like to check.

Not sure about the Dart, My 65 barracuda has a seal, rubber I think, I'm going to replace them this week, once I get the dash out and find the box with the seals in them. That's a good place for water to leak. Hope someone chimes in with the correct info. Good luck
