i am using unilite, powermaster coil,& digital 6 box.Mallory shows to use ballast but it doesnt show where to wire voltage regulator to.
now i have it wired like this, one side of ballast i have brown wire(from bulkhead "Q"), red wire going to box,& red to dist.
other side of ballast i have blue wire from( bulkhead "N"),& wire from voltage regulator.
I havn't tried to start it or hook up battery i am looking for some feedback....Thanks

Can you post links to Mallory to the destruction sheets for these products?

I'm not sure why they specify a resistor there, it may have something specific to do with the unilite as opposed to the Hyfire

They want BOTH brown and blue connected together on one end of the ballast, and ONLY the Mallory "stuff" connected to the other end

The end where you connect the blue "ignition run" is where you take off for the regulator, but are you re-wiring? It SHOULD already be connected into that blue line.
