Yall say a prayer, wish me luck, and all that good stuff. I put in for a promotion at work im going in for my 2nd interview today. I made it to the final 3.

Show the same grit, determination, and ingenuity you demonstrate on your car. If you do that, nobody can compare!!
 
Thanks guys the interview went great. I feel I did really good. The hr lady seemed really impressed. Thank for the kind words and inspiration. I will keep you guys posted on how it goes!

You deserve it you're a hard worker and you have your head screwed on straight I really hope this for you and for your family. ..
 
Good luck Kevin! If it’s for a supervisor type position, always remember where you came from....and be the guy everyone wants to work for. Being fair and not afraid to still get your hands dirty just for the heck of it will gain you utmost respect!

Yes I agree 100 percent i think its important to lead by example.
The chain of command is as follows. Cell lead, resource specialist (supervisor), and shift manager, and site manager. I am currently a lead. Working towards a RS position.
 
You're the right guy! Tell them I said so and it will be a done deal!!
