WIW 440 with a/t

Looking at buying a 440, complete minus carb, with the attached 727 automatic.
it's out of the car but I can probably get a compression test on it.

Motor dates to '72 but the project isn't set out to be any particular vintage.

All depends on condition. Unknown I'd go lower. If it looks like it's been outside or there are mouse evidence in it, lower still...lol.
