Wrecked Cuda

I have Hagerty on my Dart, which was in a collision. It was totalled, based on repair costs, but I was able to keep it and get paid the agreed value, minus the scrap value (about 800).

I have a audi q7 here now
Needs 2 wheels and a lower control arm no body work car is worth about 25k
It went to copart took her a month to get it back all her stuff is gone the fn insurance company I guess didn't want to pay storage
Driver from copart said they fired 3 drivers because they were stealing stuff from customers cars
I wrote it up for 7k still not even close to total

That's not new and that's why I stopped looking at builders from copart. They have a reputation for parts disappearing between arrival and auction and even between sale and pick-up. You can show them the photos they posted with the parts on the car and they'll shrug their shoulders and tell you the gate closes at 5. There was a time when I was looking at late model SC400s and several I found was in their lots around the US. I almost paid the fee to "join" so I could bid on one when I did the research and found a wealth of stories like this. That was around 10 years ago so it's not a new phenomenon either. Shame too as many of them were easy fixes on low mileage cars.

Its sad to see a sweet Mopar die
Its amazing what can be done to save them
Was watching some show where they found a charger Daytona
Think all they used was the cowl and the inner c pillers .....
