Wrong pan or wrong gasket?

Hey guys getting ready to drop my magnum into my scamp. Took the flywheel off and saw a large gap between the pan and block. Can anyone tell me if the pan is wrong from pics. Having trouble locating PN

if the front and rear dips are the exact same drop, it is a 318 pan. that looks like a 318 pan, not a 360. look at the other post below yours to see the difference. not the correct pan for the swap.

You have the wrong pan. You need one for a 360

Thanks guys, that's what I was thinking but wanted to be sure. Suffice to say I'm pissed at myself for the mistake mostly cause I was super excited, oh well off I go to find a new pan.

All magnums use either a 5.2/ 5.9 magnum pan or a 360 LA SB pan

A 273/318/340 LA pan ONLY fits those engines. It does NOT fit a 360LA or a 5.2 or 5.9 magnum

Finally found where I got the pan from (amazon) it is a speedmaster pan and it was labeled for all of those engines and I didn't realize 360 was different when I ordered it.

As a side note anywhere that pan is listed(jegs, speedway etc) its labeled as 273/318/340/360. So be aware. I made the thetake so you dont have to lol
