I just cleaned an polished my decoder ring, but I am still just a little fuzzy on the post.

Do you want to buy a 150 speedo cluster?
 
Yes , rallye dash is the 150 mph or 15x 10 speedo with oil pressure amps water temp . . Mine has burt out lights on speedo and oil press and amps water temp .
It is for 1970 340 swinger

The bulbs are replaced by removing the twist out bulb holders on the back of the cluster.
 
I'll try that , but have a feeling it is more than just the bulb
