folks ive got a nice 440/727 in my dart sport but its shoehorned in there and i really think its time to go small block. this is a perfect running drivetrain that makes 324rwhp 375rwtq on pump gas. engine probably doesnt have 3k miles on it. sits in the garage undercovers untill sunday afternoons!
77' 440 block std bore
trw 2295s undecked block uncut heads 9.7CR
ly rods arp bolts resized etc.
cast crank 010
228/235 465 110 lunati hyd cam
dbl roller chain single bolt
HV oil pump 60psi
ported 452s small valve with small spring upgrade stock rockers and shafts
258/200 peak flow numbers around 500 lift backcut valves
torker 2 intake 800 holley DP
727 stock trans with trans go shift kit (still automatic but full boogie)
AA trans govenor upshifts nice at 5k
motor made 200psi cyl pressure BEFORE rings broke in! runs good doesnt use a lick of oil. very quiet,nice motor. needs to be in a bigger engine compartment where the plugs have access room!!! i honestly dont know what is worth in this market but id like to sell it or trade for a decent/like minded 340/360 type engine and trans. 2200.00 for motor and trans complete? can come here to dallas tx and take a ride/poke/prod whatever you want to do. thanks for the ad [email protected] gus (972) 832 3434 zip 75069
