    Any alfaOBD wizzards on here?

OH and FYI, I found that different versions of AlfaOBD can do different things. I had to source other version than the 2.4.0.0 I was using....

Anyone here own an ‘08-10 Mopar car and willing to help me with some config files?

I have a 2010 Challenger R/T and AlfaOBD. I think the reason no one will share their config files is because they are specific to EACH vehicle. Using different files is asking for problems unless you inspect/change EACH line item comparing it to yours. I recently upgraded the BCM in my Gen 4...

    Any alfaOBD wizzards on here?

Check your "vehicle line". It is noted in the last picture. I use AlfaOBD for my Gen 4 2500 Cummins. I also have an issue with the ABS or AirBag system depending on which "vehicle line" I have set. Make sure you make a back-up file first!!!

Sweet find! never heard of these so I pulled out my books. Galen Govier book, looks like they made 11,555 of the Road Runners. 386 Road Runner GTX 440-4 were made and shipped to the USA. I don't have a number of CDN cars. As for the 2014 price guide, 1974 Plymouth Road Runner 2dr CPE in #1...

408 vs. 440: Which Would You Choose?

My two cents, 5.9 Magnum built to a 408 stroker.....hands down. - Not only the long block weighs less, but same applies to intake, exhaust manifolds & helps with handling. - Roller valve train. - Made for todays oils. - Cheaper & plentiful parts. - More room in the engine bay. - Can run...

On the hunt - questions about prices

I agree with others, price is a little high for what your getting. If you are interested in it confirm the body serial numbers first! You can get a lot better car for the kinda coin. Keep in mind fixing/restoring/upgrading these old mopars can be costly if you don't shop around. There are a lot...

'71 Swinger! Like it or Not

Try turning your torsion bar adjuster up a few turns. It will help with the rubbing and level out your rake of your car a little. The car might not have been adjusted for the weight of the big block, does it feel quite bouncy in the front suspension when driving? Is it tire height or rim offset?

'71 Swinger! Like it or Not

Sharp car! Save some coin and just drive it! Each to his own. FYI, if you change your rim size it won't affect your clearance issues as long as you buy a tire close to the width/height you have know. Here's what I use, its actually pretty close...

What phantom mopars would you like to build

Here's mine, 1968 Two door Dart for a base, - 1970 340 block/motor with two extra cylinders to make it a V10, rear mounted like a Laborgini/corvair. - A twelve pack of carburetors or Hilborn fuel injection or two four barrels w/ a Paxton super charger. - CVT transmission, overdrive w/ Lenco...

    Canadian swinger 340

I got a little exited when I first found the car as. I thought it was a 340 car with a LL23H1R serial number (couldn't find my numbers book when I posted). I went and looked at it and it is a LH23G1R1 car, so I'm not that excited as it's not what I thought. Very rusted, floors are patched and no...

    1970 challenger 340 6 pack TA

This is a once in lifetime opportunity. If the serial number on the car and motor match and are that of a T/A, I wouldnt even hesitate an offer. Take $25,000 cash with you and lay $20 k on the table after you chat him up for a while. Sounds like his life has changed and he probably has his...

Sounds like a good deal if its what you say it is. Make sure you check all the numbers. do you know the history behind it? run the serial number through the 1970 Hamtramck Registry, Barry might chime in here (Alaskan_ta) or post this up at cuda/challenger.com
