I have a 2010 Challenger R/T and AlfaOBD. I think the reason no one will share their config files is because they are specific to EACH vehicle. Using different files is asking for problems unless you inspect/change EACH line item comparing it to yours. I recently upgraded the BCM in my Gen 4...

Check your "vehicle line". It is noted in the last picture. I use AlfaOBD for my Gen 4 2500 Cummins. I also have an issue with the ABS or AirBag system depending on which "vehicle line" I have set. Make sure you make a back-up file first!!!

Try turning your torsion bar adjuster up a few turns. It will help with the rubbing and level out your rake of your car a little. The car might not have been adjusted for the weight of the big block, does it feel quite bouncy in the front suspension when driving? Is it tire height or rim offset?
